Scott & I celebrated our 9th anniversary by spending an entire weekend without the kids up in the Tahoe area. Mema & Grampa watched the kids (the perfect anniversary gift!)
It was cold but lovely. We spent Saturday at an Oktoberfest in Squaw Valley and even got our Christmas shopping completed! (Not at Squaw Valley) We woke up Sunday morning to snow and after we had showered and got dressed to go to breakfast-the power went out throughout the entire resort-so no breakfast. We at at southshore instead and the weekend could not have come at a more opportune time as we had alot to talk about this particular weekend. Hard to believe all we've experienced has happened in just 9 short years.
On October 1st Scott was given notice that his last day as a Pulte employee will be Oct. 30th. Still talking about what to do next, but one thing is for sure-we both truly believe that this has happened for a positive reason and now it will be just trying to decide which direction we'll take next.
